National Reading Day is celebrated on June 19 in India to honour Puthuvayil Narayana Panicker, popularly known as PN Panicker. He was a renowned teacher and revered as the father of the library movement in Kerala. He died on June 19, 1995. ZATMENIYE 2K22
Physical Science association COSMOS conducted an expo "ZATMENIYE 2K22" on July 29. It was a grand exhibition which had took place after several years. It made a remarkable history in Mar Theophilus Training College, Trivandrum. There were mainly two stalls, one for chemistry and the other for physics. In stall 1 there were many interesting chemical experiments which seeked the attention of the audience. The expo was conducted in regarding with Dr.Abdul Kalam death anniversary which is observed on July 27 of every year. The preparation of the expo took about one and half weeks ago. In stall 2 there were many experiments related to physics like fire alarm, periscope, rain alarm, hologram, wave pendulum and water level indicator. The expo was also highlighted with Abdul Kalam corner and popular science corner. There was also a game session 'FUNTURA' and a photo corner. The expo also gave importance to James Webb telescope 🔭.
