The Red Ribbon Day πŸŽ€

This time the assembly was conducted by first year  B.Ed student teachers of malayalam department.

As usual there was prayer, pledge, thought for the day followed by newspaper reading and campus news.

They also spread an awareness regarding the AIDS day which is observed each year  on December 1 through a speech and gave a red ribbon πŸŽ—️ to every student teacher's. The motive of the AIDS day is to unite people worldwide and fight against HIV, to show support for the people who are suffering from HIV and remember those who have died from HIV related illness.

Also the new student teacher's were given a hearty welcome.

They also contributed some precious books to the Mar Theophilus Library. At last the assembly was addressed by our respected principal Dr.K.Y Benedict and hence concluded with National anthem.

Then came a very interesting session which was taken by our dear Maya Ma'am. She made the day with the rhythm of music 🎡🎢 and conveyed the importance of music on mental life. For the first time I heard melodious singer Aami sing , which was so soothing and special.
